Prime was formed in 1992. Based in Rotorua prime offers market development expertise to medium size New Zealand forestry processors, and directly assists manufacturers to target new business within the pacific rim.

Prime has expanded since 1992 and now is virtually an integrated processor with logging crews, sawmills and laminating plants.
